Banana Ginger Smoothie
Soothe digestion, heartburn, nausea, and other stomach trouble with the fresh ginger in this natural remedy smoothie recipe. To prepare use 1 sliced banana, 3/4 vanilla yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey, ¼ freshly grated ginger.

Blend all together until its smooth then serve.

3.World’s Best Smoothie
This smoothie recipe at breakfast, make you feel satisfied until lunch. To prepare, use 1 cup of non-fat yogurt, 1 banana, ½ cup of orange juice, 6 frozen strawberries. Mix the yogurt, banana, juice and strawberries together. After peeling the sides, blend for 15 seconds.

4.Tropical Papaya Perfection
To make this smoothie, you need, 1 pawpaw cut into parts, 1 cup of fat-free plain yogurt, ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks, ½ cup of crushed ice, 1 tablespoon coconut extract and 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed. Combine the papaya, yogurt, pineapple, ice, coconut extract, and flaxseed. Process for about 30 seconds, or until it is smooth and frosty.

Prepare with 1 cup skim milk,1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries, 1 tablespoon cold-pressed organic flaxseed oil, 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds (optional). Mix milk and frozen strawberries in a blender for 1 minute, pour it in a glass and stir in the tablespoon of flaxseed oil, or serve with a tablespoon of pumpkin seeds instead
